1. Are you still working and taking orders?
Yes, Sensitive CBD continues to operate and adapt to events. The royal decree approved by the Spanish Government includes e-commerce companies as an essential sector (Read decree in the BOE)

We attend orders from Monday to Friday (whenever it is working day) in reduced schedule from 11h to 15h
2. Are the delivery times changed? When will I receive my order?
We are working to ensure that we can continue to serve our customers, many of whom have no other way of getting our products. However, we are dependent on couriers and the postal service, so some orders may take a little longer than we are used to. We thank you in advance for your understanding.
The orders take about 24/48 hours to arrive at their destination, counting from their collection, by the courier company in our offices. This process is normally the next working day of its processing. The orders will be processed the same day that the payment is made.
3. Is the return service active?
